WARRANY INFORMATION

No Questions Asked replacements within 1 year from date of purchase.

The “No Questions Asked” warranty guarantees a speedy replacement in the event of an issue.

• Covered Damages include but are not limited to:

  • Manufacturer defects (warping, layer separation, sagging, etc).

  • Poor surface quality (substantial scratches, voids, or cracks)

  • Heat or UV damage

  • Poor surface quality (substantial scratches, voids, or cracks)

  • Impact Damage

  • Fire Damage

  • Storm Damage

  • Other Accidental Damages

Once a claim has been filed, a shipping label will be created and sent to the customer. The replacement product will be processed at the time of claim, and will be released when confirmation of the return package is received.

The replacement will be shipped the same day confirmation is received if within business hours. If the confirmation is received outside of business hours, the replacement product will be shipped the following business day.

The “No Questions Asked” warranty only applies to purchased products. This excludes items received as a warrantied replacement.

Proof of Purchase is required to file a claim (Order Number, Shipping Address, etc).
